Mercerised cotton is a slower, more expensive way to make a t-shirt. The yarn is treated under tension before it's knitted, which straightens the fiber and gives it a quiet luster you can see across a room — closer to silk than to jersey. It also takes dye far more deeply, so black stays black and cream doesn't turn grey in the wash.
We knit ours at 220GSM. Substantial enough to hang properly from the shoulder and hold a clean line under a jacket, fine enough to wear alone in heat. A regular fit, cut to skim rather than cling.
The Sink mark is embroidered at the back neck in dye-to-match thread — visible in the right light, invisible from across the table. Nothing else on it, nothing to date it.

what if my swimwear is damaged?
We offer a 2-year guarantee on all swimwear. If your swimwear is damaged through no fault of the wearer, email us at hello@sinkresort.us and we will send you a brand new pair. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
How long does shipping take?
All orders ship within 24 hours from our US warehouse in Columbus, Ohio. Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days and express takes 1 to 2 business days.
We also ship to Canada and Mexico with DHL Express, fully tracked.
Can i swap if the size isn't right?
US returns and exchanges are free. Start your return from your account or email hello@sinkresort.us within 30 days of delivery and our concierge will arrange it for you.
My size is sold out, do you have restocks?
we like to constantly develop our products so it is unlikely that a sold out item will be restocked more than once. Core colors may have multiple restocks.
