Start your return from your account, or email hello@sinkresort.us with your order number and the items you'd like to return. It takes less than two minutes.

Our Policy

We offer a 30-day return guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Sale or discounted items can only be returned if faulty.

United States: Free Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges within the US are free. We'll send you a free return label to our US warehouse in Ohio. Need a different size or color? Tell us when you start your return and we'll send the new item once your return is on its way back to us, subject to availability.

Canada & Mexico

Canadian and Mexican orders are returned to our US warehouse. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is incorrect or faulty.

Please Note

For hygiene reasons we can't accept returns on bikinis with the hygiene sticker removed, or on hats. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Returned parcels remain your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of shipment.

2-Year Guarantee

All Sink swimwear is backed by our 2-year guarantee. If your swimwear becomes damaged through no fault of the wearer, email hello@sinkresort.us and we'll arrange a brand new replacement.
